I have never had to read a manual for any appliance in order to use it. Well as they say - Theres a first a time for everything Its not a bad thing that I had to read the manual to know how to operate it but it was kind of funny. Now as for the appliance itself. It works great. I think that is the bottom line here. Yes it looks great. Yes it is easy to clean - hey thats a big deal - but in reality what I need it to do is work and work well and turns out it does. Even if I did have to read the manual to be able to get it that way

We bought this microwave to replace an old one. My husband and son installed it on Friday. I cant say that I like it because its so noisy It has a very loud hum Im on the fence about recommending this product. Very disappointed

It works fine but about half the time makes noises that dont sound normal we had many m/ws before including LG but when I spoke to customer service they dismissed it as normal

So far like everything about the microwave except the stove top lighting. You put led lights IN the microwave why not in the cooktop light too? Guess Ill have to my find my own led bulb so I can see to cook.

Its been at least 15 years since Ive purchased a microwave. My old one was still working and I tried to talk myself out of buying a new one. Ive been using this microwave for about 6 weeks now and really like the convenience it offers. Its more powerful than my old microwave so it took a little time to make adjustments to cooking time etc but it has been great. I havent used all the settings yet and will need time to get totally accustomed to the features but I like it.

After using the microwave for 5 weeks it stopped heating anything up. I scheduled a repair and was called by a service rep. Language barrier was significant. We waisted 45 minutes where the rep had me plug and unplug the microwave 4 times. I was then told to push the off button. There is t one. Finally they scheduled a repairman who had to change the thermostat and fuse. It now is working again.

Just bought and installed this microwave and its a huge upgrade in design from my previous one. Love the look. Installation was easier than I thought. Live that it ties into the ThinQ app along with my washtower and refridgerator. Looks like you can control it though the app also. Glad I got this one

Ok Im 77 years old and my eye sight is not the best but I cant even read what the panel says even with a light on so I have to carry a flash light to read the panel in order to use how stupid is that?

Bought this two weeks ago. Works great but have a few constructive feedback items:
1. Sensing option doesnt seem to work well may need some tweaking
2. Not able to start microwave remotely only able to set the cook time remotely through the app. App is mostly pointless for remote use if you cant start the microwave remotely.
3. Vent fan always runs when the microwave starts and is pretty loud. Im pretty sure it was only supposed to turn on when needed but it seems like it turns on from the start no matter what.
Besides these few minor things It looks and runs great.

We just got our Microwave yesterday. It is super loud - way louder than any other microwave Ive ever had. I called customer service who said we must have used the wrong mounting plate or screws but we used the mounting bracket and screws it came with besides this isnt vibrational noise. Its definitely the motor. Not at all happy with this purchase.

This was as easy as other over the range microwaves to install. The plug and screw holes were not in the same place as my old microwave so the upper cabinet has a few more holes now. I wish placement of those things were standard so that I didnt have to do new holes.
