this was out of stock for months but Im so glad I bought it Ive never had such a quiet and effective AC. Their fan is amazing shooting air a good solid 10. Ive got dogs so my door is frequently open despite this the whole room is within 1-2 degrees of what I set it for. now the negatives the Smart Home integration doesnt work very well. Nope its not worth using

Great cooling power and quiet but the unit was difficult to install because it is so heavy much heavier than a 10000 BTU dual inverter by Frigidaire and because the sides are so smooth it is difficult to grab and position.

Its so quiet you dont even know its running. Unlike other ACs when you start them they go on with a bang. This one Inverter when you start it the fan and compressor ramps up slowly. Its a bedroom AC so quiet dont even know its running. It was bought for that reason. The only down side is it takes more power to run than other 6K air conditioners. It takes more that the 8K LG AC I replaced.

I have been extremely impressed with this unit since I installed it a few weeks ago. Its extremely quiet aesthetically clean and simple and among the absolute most efficient Energy Star models on the market today especially considering that window units made for smaller rooms I have the 6000 btu model tend to be less efficient overall. Very happy with my purchase

Bought in April from PC Richard on line based on consumer reviews. This evening using it for the second time. Cools our 170 sq ft bedroom quickly and quietly its relatively cool and humid this evening so I cant vouch for performance under load yet. Even with my hearing aids I cant hear it running fan on low which is enough unless Im on top of it. Just as quiet as the U-shaped 12000 Btu Midea a/c I bought also in April for our 500 sq ft living room. Havent tried the WiFi controls yet but the remote is straightforward. Because we live in a 12th floor Manhattan apartment our building superintendent installed it so I cannot say if it was easy. So far so good.
