Its been a long time since Ive purchased a new refrigerator and the LG model that I bought the French door refrigerator is a very nice unit. It has all the space that I need for all my refrigerated and frozen products much bigger than my previous unit. Im very glad that I purchased this energy star efficient model.

I bought this fridge and the ice maker never worked I have been in contact with lg company said the would send a part never did. And now I have a fridge that doesnt make ice.

My refrigerator is still not making ice like it should. We still have to buy bagged ice for our freezer which we shouldnt have to do. This problem has been going on since I have bought the machine.

I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH MY NEW LG FRIDGERATOR. I HAVE SO MUCH ROOM AND EVERYTHING IS SO ACCESABLE LOVE THE SPLIT SHELFS AND THE BOTTOM TRAY. IT IS SO QUIET I NEVER HEAR IT RUNNING OR THE ICE DROPPING IN THE ICE BIN LIKE WITH MY LAST FRIDGE.

Ive had this refrigerator for over a month and Im still in love with it The ice maker is perfect and I love the size and the sleekness of it. My only con is that you cant adjust the top shelf low enough to sit tall bottles. The price point is good for the features and functionality.

In comparing this unit to my previous LG LFC25760 PURCHASED 9/15/2007 there is a lot to like- and a few disappointments. The major problem is a very noticeable rumble and vibration when the compressor is running- like a diesel pickup with a high idle outside the kitchen and sitting here in my family room about 13 feet from the unit it fills my ears with a noticeable hum. My previous LG was so quiet I had to place my ear against it to tell it was running wwhen it was installed. This new refrigerator seems to have a problem.
The LED lighting is an improvement over the previous units lighting which had a defect that did not show overheating in the overhead lighting in ours until 2016 and by the time it happened again it was beyond the warrantee extension date. After another event I replaced the lamps with LEDs.
I miss the roll out shelves but the deeper door shelves with the air vents over the doors hold all of the little things that tended to wind up on the backs of the shelves.
I bought this when the older units freezer with a setting of 0 degrees could not hold that level and setting it down to -5 degrees barely made it to 0 degrees. Melted ice cream is not a treat.

My new LG 29cf. started acting up. The temps were going up and down. After deep dive into tech news info turn out that fridge magnets for my Day Calander near the left door caused the problem. As soon as I lowered the magnets away from the top left the Lg 29 cf.
fridge started to work prefect.

I bought this hoping it was going to be the best
Except for the few spots that were bubbled up under door shelf everything was great. Called representative and they did a small adjustment so we decided to keep it because we had to remove both doors and bottom freezer drawer to get in our front door. It is so much roomier than our previous refrigerator. So far we love it

First thing is space is great but wish shelf adjustments was better. Icemaker is terrible intend to call them about that. Outside finish stainless steel I dont like. The delivery guys put little tiny dents in it. No point in making them take it back since they were minor. Plus I would be out of freg But still bugs me. Dont know why they didnt take doors off to bring it inside. But we like unit cause its easy to see inside without having to bend over to look. But be prepared to have a separate icemaker on your counter.

My wife and I have had this refrigerator for a few weeks now and we are overall happy with the ample amount of space convenience and layout of this unit. It works extremely quiet and efficiently and certainly keeps all of the food at its proper storage temperature. Highly recommend this unit and certainly this company for your next refrigerator or major appliance upgrade
