Good quality. Other ranges have bigger grates, the grates on this model aren™™t overwhelming but still feel adequate. Because they are thinner it also heats quick. They are self leveling with the whole unit where other units have padding that can soften over time and cause uneven cook surfaces. Wish the 5th burner had a griddle but those can be had easily enough. We™™ve had a smart oven before and really the only differences are that it notifies your phone when preheated and programmed cook times for specific food brands, so no loss far as I™™m concerned. Cooktop is easy to clean (again no big thick heavy grates) which is key ??

I love my Frigidaire! It is very balanced and cooks beautifully. My last stove was a Frigidaire and was 23 years old, still looked almost new.

Been using for just a few weeks. The stove top is great; however, the oven temperature is a little off. It is cooler than what is stated, so I need to bake my food longer or turn up temperature. I have to use my oven thermometer for an accurate temperature.

The gas range has a continuous buzzing sound from the electronics board even when not running. When they sent out a tech to fix it the tech was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately with the new design and parts that were changed there is no way to stop the buzzing according to Frigidaire. It™™s unfortunate with a brand new product that this is the case.

We bought this new this week and all is working well. I like the stove EXCEPT the oven light is not working. I changed the bulb and I made sure that it is well seated (which is what it says in the manual). I can find only the rover switch on top of the stove and assume that's the one to turn it on and off. Am I missing something? I will add to the review , increase or decrease the rating depending on the response. I want the oven light working. It is obviously important and we bake a lot.

Our home was a new build with all new appliances. My wife was ecstatic. On our first night in our new place, she decided to make cookies for the kids in and out without a hitch. Things were looking pretty good. The next evening we decided to make a roast, that's when things started going wrong. After a couple of hours in the oven, we switched from bake to broil that's when we noticed that the boiler wasn't working. we called for service they came out on two occasions to fix the issue. fast forward a couple of months. Now when you turn on the oven the house smells of natural gas. we called for repair it appears that the gas regulator is also faulty. we are now in a waiting pattern for parts. My wife won't use the stove or oven for fear that the unit might cause an overabundance of gas fumes in the home which could lead to an explosion. I find it hard to believe that the minimum standard of inspection for these appliances has fallen so far. I reported this issue to customer service and it appeared to fall on deaf ears.

We have had consistent issues with the knobs on this range. If you walk by and brush the knob with your clothing, the gas turns on. Tonight was the absolute worst, and the most dangerous. The gas was streaming into our home for hours, and the smell when my husband arrived home was alarming. We have animals in the home as well. One has vomited. DO NOT BUY ANY RANGE FROM FRIGIDAIRE UNTIL THEY ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.

I've had this gas range for less than a year and while it looks nice in my kitchen and seems to cook ok, I have SERIOUS CONCERNS with the ease in which the knobs are able to turn. The burner hasn't actually ignited but it turns just enough to start the gas flowing! This happens with the slightest brush up against it. I would think the design would have required that you have to push the knob in and then turn it to start the gas and ignite the gas/burner. The alert "tick tick" isn't even triggered!!! I'm just glad there aren't children in my home on a regular basis but I DO HAVE PETS! I've come home a few times after I first got it and my home was filled with gas because unbeknownst to me, I brushed up against the knob! This DEFINITELY NEEDS TO CHANGE! I ALWAYS check before leaving home but I'm still always on edge thinking about what it my pet jumped up there and turned the knob!!! Not sure how much money Frigidaire saved with this design but don't do this again!!!! I'm very surprised I haven't heard of any tragedies!

Overall pleased with this stove. The grates are heavy and I am unsure if they cast iron or plated. When I read the manual it says "if" they are cast iron- do this... "if" porcelain do this.. I have no idea which they are. I wish the manual was more specific to the stove I have not a "general" of all there stoves. Other than that - We are very pleased.

This range is 18 months old. At 7 months the ignitor/heating element was replaced (warranty item). Now at 19 months, the same component needs replacing. Because the failure of the replacement part is 4 weeks after the warranty repair, I have to pay $300+ for the SECOND repair. A new range should be functioning better than this. The Fridgidaire customer service department is of no help. I'm now into this range for $1,000 and it certainly is not a "$1,000" range.

Back burner stopped working. I tried to phone the warranty number which forwarded me to another number in Dallas (240 miles away) which was disconnected! I went online to the internet page which sent me to the same number! Endless run around. I like the stove and hope it never breaks down because support is non-existent.

I love the gas in my new home. This came as the standard appliance in my new construction home. I am happy overall. I seem to set off the fire alarm each time I use the oven portion though. I haven't figured out the sweet spot of circulation in the kitchen and cooking in the oven. The stovetop does everything I need, no complaints there.
